Fuel Your Focus
This recipe came straight from the creativity of Grade 8 students at Foothills Academy in 2019. As the nutrition program instructor, Heather brought a table full of fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients to the final class of her program—and challenged her students to build their own brain-boosting blend from scratch! Getting hands-on in the kitchen with healthy food is a powerful experience, especially for kids and adults with ADHD.
