Makes 40 balls
These nutty chocolate energy balls are packed with flavour, fibre, peanut butter, and sweetened with honey. The crunch comes from the toasted sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, and dried fruit. Make a double or triple batch and store in the freezer for a grab-and-go snack for any time of the day without compromising on flavour and nutrition!
What You Need:
- 1 cup hemp hearts (or ground flax seeds, chia seeds or sesame seeds)
- 1 cup shelled toasted sunflower seeds (or crushed nuts)

- 2 cups peanut butter (or other nut butter softened by heating slightly)
