Your next favourite refresher snack this summer
This healthy summer salad recipe with watermelon, feta, and blackberries is quick, delicious, and beautiful. The ingredient list portions are just a suggestion, you may prefer more feta, or more mint, feel free to add as much as you feel of each! This dish would make a refreshing summer appetizer to enjoy with family and friends or bring to a picnic or beach day stored in a sealed container over ice. What You Need:
- 4 cups watermelon
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup diced feta cheese
- 4 tbsp fresh chopped mint
- fresh lime juice (optional)
How to Make It:
- On a large platter or shallow bowl, plate layers of watermelon, blackberries, feta cheese, and fresh mint. If using lime juice, sprinkle over all the ingredients!
