Watermelon Feta Blackberry Salad

Your next favourite refresher snack this summer 

This healthy summer salad recipe with watermelon, feta, and blackberries is quick, delicious, and beautiful. The ingredient list portions are just a suggestion, you may prefer more feta, or more mint, feel free to add as much as you feel of each! This dish would make a refreshing summer appetizer to enjoy with family and friends or bring to a picnic or beach day stored in a sealed container over ice. You won’t want to miss making this incredible recipe, we hope you enjoy this one as much as we do! 

What You Need: 

  • 4 cups watermelon 
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries 
  • 1 cup diced feta cheese 
  • 4 tbsp fresh chopped mint 
  • fresh lime juice (optional)

How to Make It: 

  1. On a large platter or shallow bowl, plate layers of watermelon, blackberries, feta cheese, and fresh mint. If using lime juice, sprinkle over all the ingredients!
